Vegan – Natural Health, The Way It Was Meant To Be

Let’s face it, there’s something wrong with the way it is. Why the poorest parts of China hardly know what obesity, heart disease, diabetes and cancer are, but in the West, with all our modern medicine, wealth, knowledge and access to food, we have epidemics that make us suffer so badly. Our loved ones die not from old age, but especially from heart disease. Old age is no longer a time of happiness for many, as it is usually riddled with arthritis, osteoporosis, heart problems and other “modern” diseases.

Why this is happening must be that we are doing something wrong. Yes, it’s our food.

Dr. T. Colin Campbell believed that animal protein was necessary for good health, and he went to remote areas of China, where they eat mostly vegans, and found the opposite. Test after test, our “poor” friends in China were actually healthier than us. They live longer, and the quality of their health far exceeds everything we have in the modern world from meat consumption. There was virtually no heart disease or diabetes, as well as cancer and obesity. The doctor was shocked and wrote a book called “Chinese Study” which exposes the myth that a meat diet is necessary for human health. The results are undeniable.

But what about calcium, protein and iron? We don’t need to drink milk to get calcium, and eat meat to get protein. There are no answers. In fact, the Committee of Physicians for Responsible Medicine conducted a study that showed that milk consumption does not affect bone density. This is due to the high content of sulfur amino acids in milk, which acidify the body and actually wash calcium out of the bones. What about the squirrel? In fact, vegans can be very strong people, a quick Google search on request for a “vegan bodybuilder” will quickly dispel this myth. Many vegan foods contain large amounts of protein, calcium, iron and all other nutrients.
